The patient is a 28-year-old wanting to undergo breast enhancement surgery. Given the slight ptosis of her breasts a donut mastopexy, vertical mastopexy, and straight augmentation were discussed. The patient elected to proceed with bilateral breast augmentation with 320 cc smooth round ultra-high profile implants placed submuscularly with an inframammary fold incision.
