The patient is a 33-year-old female who has lost approximately 60 lbs. She wished to undergo a tummy tuck procedure to remove excess skin and fatty tissue. Abdominoplasty with liposuction to her upper and lateral abdomen and flanks was done with a total of 3200 cc of liposuction aspirate removed.
