This patient is a 64 year old female who had lost a significant amount of weight and was unhappy with the excess skin and fatty tissue on her abdomen and thighs. She elected to undergo an abdominoplasty and a type I inner thigh lift with liposuction. Approximately 3000cc of liposuction aspirate was obtained from her inner and outer thighs, flanks and abdomen.
