Description:
The patient is a 50-year-old female who has undergone gastric bypass surgery, which resulted in significant weight loss. She has undergone multiple procedures including abdominoplasty, thigh lift, breast mastopexy with augmentation, and brachioplasty. The brachioplasty was performed with a standard “T” type incision and approximately 200 cc of fatty tissue was removed through liposuction to the posterior tricep area.
