Description:
The patient is a 27-year-old wanting to enhance her breast size from an A-cup to a full B-cup or small C-cup. She underwent breast augmentation in which a 275 cc smooth round moderate plus profile silicone gel implant was placed on the left and a 250 cc smooth round moderate plus silicone gel implant was placed on the right. Both implants were placed under the pectoralis muscle with an inframammary fold incision.

This 5’2″, very fit 33-year-old woman weighed a healthy 109 pounds but was dissatisfied with her small, AA cup breasts and wanted to fill either a C or D cup bra. To find out how plastic surgery could enhance her figure, she scheduled an appointment with one of the leading Sacramento plastic surgeons, Dr. Scott Green, who is board-certified and specializes in breast augmentation. This type of incision is made in the in the natural folds of skin located in the armpit, so the scar is very well hidden.
This patient is very happy with her surgery. Her breasts now fill a 34D bra cup, and each breast has a very smooth, natural appearance. As a result, she feels more confident, comfortable, and feminine.
