This is a 27 year old female patient who was interested in breast augmentation in the Sacramento area. We discussed extensively the many choices available. She wished to be in the full C cup range. We placed 350 cc smooth round silicone gel implants moderate plus profile. She is now a full 34 C to D cup.

This patient is a very attractive 34 yo female in Sacramento who desired breast augmentation. She is 5’6″ and weighs approximately 125lbs. She had children and lost most of her natural breast tissue after pregnancy. She was seeking to restore her natural breast tissue lost after lactation. Preoperatively she was a small B cup bra size. Postoperatively she is a D cup. We placed 400cc smooth round silicone implants.

The patient is a 28-year-old wanting to undergo breast enhancement surgery. Given the slight ptosis of her breasts a donut mastopexy, vertical mastopexy, and straight augmentation were discussed. The patient elected to proceed with bilateral breast augmentation with 320 cc smooth round ultra-high profile implants placed submuscularly with an inframammary fold incision.

Description:
The patient is a 26-year-old wanting to undergo breast enhancement surgery. She wanted to enhance her breast size to a mid C-up size range. Bilateral breast augmentation was performed using a 225 cc saline implant on the right and a 250 cc saline implant on the left. The saline implant on the right was filled to 270 cc to obtain symmetry. Both implants were placed submuscularly using an inframammary fold incision.
