The patient is a 65-year-old male wanting to undergo procedures to decrease the amount of skin and hang around his neck and excess skin around his eyes. He elected to proceed with a rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty, lower lid blepharoplasty, and fat grafting to the upper mid-face, cheek area, nasolabial folds, perioral, and periorbital areas.

The patient is a 70-year-old female who wanted to improve her appearance by getting rid of excess skin around her eyes, jowls, and neck area. She had significant furrowing of her brows and therefore was recommended a browlift. She underwent facial rejuvenation which consisted of a rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty, endoscopic browlift, and upper lid blepharoplasty. Fat was injected into the nasolabial folds, marionette lines, chin, and mid-face area.

The patient is a 55-year-old with complaints of jowling, neck droop, and brow droop with excess skin. She underwent facial rejuvenation surgery which included upper and lower blepharoplasty, anterior hairline browlift, rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty with fat grafting to the upper and lower lips.

The patient is a 61-year-old who elected to undergo facial rejuvenation due to complaints of brow asymmetry, jowling, and neck banding. Endoscopic browlift was performed with only lifting the right side due to an already heightened left side. A mid-facelift was performed along with rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty, and liposuction to the neck area. Fatty tissue was taken from the patient’s abdominal area and was injected into the nasolabial folds and mid-face area.

The patient is a 52-year-old female who has elected to undergo facial rejuvenation surgery to improve fine lines around her eyes and mouth and improve asymmetry with her eyebrows. She also wanted to get rid of neck banding and jowling. She underwent a rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty, fat grafting to her cheek, periorbital, and nasolabial folds areas, and chin. She also had an endoscopic browlift and CO2 laser performed around her mouth and eyes.
