The patient is a 54-year-old female who elected to proceed with facial rejuvenation surgery to improve the signs of aging of her face by getting rid of excess lines around her eyes, lips, and mouth and correct some asymmetry with her eyelids. She underwent a rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty with fat grafting to her periorbital, perioral, chin, and nasolabial folds area. The levator muscle was repaired bilaterally and upper and lower lid blepharoplasty was performed.

The patient is a 51-year-old female who wanted to improve her “tired” looking appearance and look more youthful and rejuvenated. She elected to undergo facial rejuvenation surgery in which a rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty was performed. She also underwent fat grafting to her cheeks, nasolabial folds, lips, and chin area, as well as lower lid blepharoplasty.

She underwent rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty with fat grafting to her nasolabial folds and perioral areas. CO2 laser was also performed to the lines around her eyes and mouth.
