The patient is a 55-year-old female who has undergone facial rejuvenation surgery which included a rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty with fat grafting to her nasolabial folds, cheeks, periorbital, and jaw area. She also underwent upper lid blepharoplasty.

Description:
The patient is a 50-year-old female who has undergone gastric bypass surgery and has lost a significant amount of weight. She has face/neck sagging and would like to improve her look by undergoing facial rejuvenation surgery. A rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty, mid-face with endoscopic browlift and lower blepharoplasty was performed. She also underwent CO2 laser to the periorbital area.

The patient is a 60-year-old female who wanted to get rid of excess skin in her neck and improve the excess jowling. She underwent a rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty procedure. At a later time she underwent fat grafting to her cheeks, nasolabial folds, under cheek, and lid/cheek junction area.

The patient is a 52-year-old female who has elected to undergo facial rejuvenation surgery to improve fine lines around her eyes and mouth and improve asymmetry with her eyebrows. She also wanted to get rid of neck banding and jowling. She underwent a rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty, fat grafting to her cheek, periorbital, and nasolabial folds areas, and chin. She also had an endoscopic browlift and CO2 laser performed around her mouth and eyes.

She underwent facial rejuvenation surgery which consisted of a rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty, upper and lower lid blepharoplasty, and lateral canthopexy bilaterally to correct mild lateral lid laxity.
