Description:
The patient is a 65-year-old who has elected to undergo facial rejuvenation to improve the fine lines and decrease jowling and neck banding. She underwent rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty with fat grafting to her nasolabial folds and perioral areas. CO2 laser was also performed to the lines around her eyes and mouth.
