Description:
The patient is a 21-year-old female who has wanted to change the appearance of her nose by shortening the length, narrowing the dorsal width, and refining the tip. She underwent a rhinoplasty procedure where a transcolumellar incision was made and skin was elevated off of the dorsum and lateral cartilage. The dorsal hump was resected and cephalic trim was performed of the cartilages. The middle section of the medial crurei was removed and caudal trim of the septum was performed.

The patient is a 19 year old male who did not like the dorsal hump and projection of his nose. He underwent open rhinoplasty in which dorsal hump was removed, refinement of the tip and overall projection was shortened.

Description:
The patient is a 20-year-old female who wanted to improve the appearance of her nose by getting rid of the dorsal hump and refining the tip. She underwent a rhinoplasty procedure in which infracturing was performed to reposition the bony structure. Modifications were made to the lateral cartilages and dorsum.

Description:
The patient is a 37-year-old female who endorsed problems with breathing through her nose, as well as dissatisfaction with the aesthetic appearance of her nose and neck. She elected to undergo surgery which included rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinectomy. Liposuction was also performed to the submental area and a chin implant was placed to slightly augment her chin.

Description:
The patient is a 22-year-old female wanting to undergo a rhinoplasty procedure to correct the long, prominent dorsum of her nose. A rhinoplasty procedure was performed in which significant resection of the dorsum was performed. Portions of lateral cartilage was excised and sutured and a cephalic trim was performed to reduce the tip prominence.

Description:
The patient is a 37-year-old female who disliked the appearance of her nose and wanted to undergo a rhinoplasty procedure to straighten the tip, remove the dorsal hump, and refine the tip. She underwent an open rhinoplasty with resection of the dorsal hump, the cartilages trimmed, and intradomal sutures were placed.

The patient is an 18-year-old female wanting to improve the appearance of her nose. She underwent a rhinoplasty procedure in which a transcolumellar incision was made and the skin was lifted off of the dorsum. The dorsal hump was resected, medial crurei was shortened, and a small refinement of the tip was performed.
